Product Description Of STM32H745XIH6

STM32H745XIH6 is feature two memory protection units. Each MPU manages the CPU access rights and the attributes of the system resources. The MPU defines access rules for privileged accesses and user program accesses. It allows defining up to 16 protected regions that can in turn be divided into up to 8 independent subregions.

STM32H745XIH6 devices are based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M7 and Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC cores. The Cortex®-M7 core operates at up to 480 MHz and the Cortex®-M4 core at up to 240 MHz. Both cores feature a floating point unit which supports Arm® single- and double-precision operations and conversions, including a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit to enhance application security.
